This workshop provides insights into the paternal experience of pregnancy and postpartum while introducing tools to support your partner as a new parent. An estimated 1 in 10 men experience postpartum depression, and that number is higher if the mother or birthing individual also has postpartum depression. Participants receive support, resources, and education to prepare them with skills to navigate the complexities of fatherhood.
